April Event
The next event will be on the 29th April- not the 27th as mentioned last time. Apologies for the confusion.

Venue- Oakham Treasures
Location-, Oakham Farm, Portbury Lane, Portbury, Bristol BS20 7SP
https://www.oakhamtreasures.co.uk/
What3Words:  farmer.passwords.dishes

Oakham Treasures is a fascinating place to visit and spend time. It houses one of the largest privately owned museums of retail collections and farming history in the UK.  The venue has a vast and unique collection of all sorts of memorabilia from the last century. There really is something for everybody, from the thousands of items in the historic stores, to the impressive display of vintage tractors and farm equipment. It also has some lovely cars to see.
The venue has an excellent cafe that serves excellent coffee and cake, together with an excellent lunch menu of delicious wholesome food.
Costs-
Entry into the museum will be £10 for seniors (over 65's) or £11 for young adults (under 65's)  payable on arrival by cash or credit / debit card.

Timing-
I suggest people aim to arrive around 10 30 or so - in time for a coffee and piece of cake and then start walking around the museum.  Lunch can be taken at your convenience in the cafe.  After lunch you can continue with the tour before leaving whenever you like.

Please let me know by the 17th of April if you can join this day out.

I hope as many of you as possible can join at least one of the events.

My number is 07878015267. Please give me a call if you have any questions.
